Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to all individuals aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Samba Sports, its affiliates, or anyone else connected with the prize draw may participate but are not eligible to win.
- Entrants must be subscribed to the Samba Sports newsletter to be eligible.
Entry
- Entry to the prize draw is automatic upon signing up for the Samba Sports newsletter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
- To remain eligible for each month’s prize draw, you must remain subscribed to the Samba Sports newsletter.
- All signups will be entered into each month’s draw, meaning the longer you’re subscribed, the more chances you have to win.
Prize
- The prize is a £50 voucher to spend at Samba Sports. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The prize is subject to availability. Samba Sports reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
- The voucher will be sent via email, and the voucher must be spent within 30 days.
Draw Date
- The winner will be selected at random
- The first prize draw will take place on 01/10/2024, with future draws held on the 1st of each month.
- Samba Sports will conduct the draw, and the decision will be final and binding.
Winner Notification
- The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.
Publicity
- By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to allow Samba Sports to announce their name and general location (e.g., John Doe from London) on our social media channels and website.
- The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion.
General Conditions
- Samba Sports reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
- By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of this prize draw and in accordance with Samba Sports’ privacy policy.
